With over 20 years in investment banking, many of them of them as a global architect John will draw on his wealth of experience to answer many of today’s Enterprise issues with XML. Problems range from how to deal with 20,000 messages a second to how to store, retrieve and query XML with over 4,000 elements and a dozen levels of hierarchy. From integration with legacy messaging such as SWIFT 7775 and CSVs to “state of the art” messaging standards like ISO-20022 and FpML. The issues of persistence, does the relation database still have a place in the modern world? John will look into the issues with managing multiple versions of the same message.
The presentation will cover technical issues but will not require the attendee to have any prior knowledge.
