JSON has changed the nature of the debate with regard to XML usage on the web, yet without input from the XML community the danger exists that the AJAX community will attempt to recreate the wheel yet again, at a cost of losing the flexibility and fidelity that XML has to offer. This session looks at such AJAX technologies as JSON and the various JSON analogues (such Atom-json) and provides thoughts and code that can better work to bridge the two approaches to RIA development.
